Our products are only available for residents of the United Kingdom. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 days for delivery. If you need a quicker delivery time or would like an international shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to help sort it out for you.

 

Customers legally have 14 working days to change their minds after a purchase is delivered.

 

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 5 working days with a picture of the damaged product.

 

When you post the order, please include a copy of your invoice and a letter outlining the reason for return so we can process your exchange or refund quickly.

 

If you decide to return an item to Mui Té during this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item. The delivery and return charges are non-refundable.

 

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days.

 

If you'd like to return the product, please make sure that it's in pristine condition and neither the packaging or product has been opened or used.
