Elegance is a virtue that is often associated with tea. There is something about the ritual of preparing and enjoying a cup of tea that just seems to exude refinement and good taste. This particular cocktail recipe is inspired by the flavours of a classic lychee black tea, and we think it makes for a wonderfully elegant drink.

The key ingredient in this cocktail is, of course, the tea. We've used a high quality Ceylon flavoured black tea as the base, which provides a lovely foundation for the other flavours to build upon. The addition of vodka gives the drink a nice kick, while the lemon juice helps to balance out the sweetness of the rose syrup.
