Using Tea as a Flavoring Agent

One of the best things about tea is that there are so many different varieties available. This means that you can find a tea that will complement almost any dish you're making. For example, if you're making a dish with strong flavors like curry or ginger, you might want to try using a black tea like Earl Grey or English Breakfast. If you're making a lighter dish like fish or chicken, you might want to try using a green tea or white tea.
